Our Solution:
We searched on both sides of the garage door’s surface around and above the leak area to find the problem. It turned out that one of the aluminum-plated panels was warped, and the foam inside had rotted. It was easier to replace this panel than repair it, and ordering a new one only took a couple of days. Once it arrived, we installed and tested it with no complications.
